AKA: Insanity
It's the 60 day workout I've started because I'd like to look good in my one piece swimsuit. ( I long ago gave up on the two-piece.) Anyway, I've completed the fit test and day one of the program yesterday and today. The soreness is immediate. I plan to regularly post something about my progress. Right now the most descriptive word is "ouch". I can see that I have a long way to go to get back in shape and to build stamina & muscle. I watched a good deal of the workout because I was panting so hard. To be fair I did push myself hard however, I watched more than I wanted to because my body said "No I don't think so." I remember this one move that was simple to do but my body simply wouldn't cooperate. I had to think really hard to make my body move like it was supposed to. I hear this gets better. Not easier, but my body will get used to moving more and I'll be able to do more each time.
Health wise, I've got some stuff going on that I think is age-related stuff, but I'm not sure. I'm documenting my symptoms and will ask my doctor during my next physical.
