Insanity Month 2 Day 5
I didn't want to work out today but fortunately I have a workout partner who pushes me to go on when I don't want to. Now, with sweat dripping off me as I type, I can say I'm glad I worked out today.
Here's a 20 second clip of one of the crazy routines I did today.
Notables: I am officially 1 dress size down from where I started. My old jeans/pants are uncomfortably big. Yay! I've done this before and had to pull out my old jeans when I slacked off. Not this time!
It's just now, in the 6th week of this program, that I can see a difference in the shape of my body. Nothing spectacular, but obvious to me. I can see my biceps, my pectorals, and my obliques. I'm digging deeper. Wish me success!
